Real Business Age

Written By admin Published September 16th, 2009

Free Assessment of the health or status of your business. By asking certain critical questions, we can help you get a snapshot of your business – where you are at this moment in time.

Similar to a financial balance sheet, you want to look at your assets, liabilities and net worth.

But, what can affect your business and its net worth are fundamentals such as your overriding vision, idea, team, marketing, sales, distribution and overall business model.

Real Business Age looks at what phase or age your business is actually in (Real age) rather than how long you have been in business (your chronological age).

Unless you assess the problems and challenges of a particular phase, these problems and challenges will persist even if certain parts of your company grow.

For example, in the beginning infancy phase, your key variable is sales. Your company grows and expands. You believe you’re beyond the infancy phase. But, you also need to achieve profitable margins and an optimum selling strategy in the infancy stage.
