How To Raise Money

Written By Gary Spirer Published November 18th, 2010

I was up early this morning with renewed energy.

In 2007, I had this idea to show others how to get the money – how to raise capital. Well, I went to one of the leading internet marketers and he had some interest. But, I had not developed training materials from which I could teach people what i accomplished for almost 30 years as an investment banker.

When you never missed raising capital in your entire career and you don’t have investors suing you, that’s pretty dramatic and speaks for itself. $60 million of equity from mostly individuals (well over $120 million in today’s dollars) is a lot of money for one person to raise.

In 2008, I gave one conference that touched upon how I raised money, invested, made money and enjoyed it. In 2009 to the present, I wrote courses and materials that integrated the online worlds and the offline worlds since I realized most books on raising capital were written 5 to 15 years ago – not for the fast-paced Post-Great Recession Era.

What I am going to reveal to you is that there are numerous ways to get the money:

1. Sales
2. Reduce expenses
3. Save on taxes
4. Raise capital

a) Debt
b) Equity

5. Invest
6. Barter

Plus, some people are fortunate or unfortunate to get money by speculation, gambling, inheritance and insurance proceeds. There are at least 10 ways to make money and there are at least 9 associated risks.

What’s in it for you?

The best courses ever on a topic that few know, understand or have ever done systematically. I will be sharing my 7 Step System and other models and frameworks that will structure, organize, integrate and give you the specific steps that ties up all these ways to get the money online and offline. Whether you are a consultant, small or large business, author, speaker, executive, manager, professional or entrepreneur, you will be shown what I and the very best do to get the money online and offline.

Stay tuned.
