These days everyone owns a mobile phone, but few of us realize that this innocent gadget can be turned into a hidden spy inside our own homes and offices.

Spyphone is a 100% software based solution which users can download and convert any latest Nokia phone into a sophisticated spy device within a minute. Such device may have several spy features.

Step 1: If you call a spy phone from a predefined number, it makes no visible or audible indication that it is in operation, and you can listen to any conversations or discussions in progress around the spy phone. Conversations within 5 to 10 meters of the spy phone are completely audible. The software can be activated or deactivated by sending a silent sms to the converted phone and works on GSM networks only.

Yet another interesting spy feature is called sms forwarding. Upon installation of the spy software on the target phone, it enables to receive duplicate copies of all incoming and outgoing text messages that will be forwarded directly to the predefined number.

Step 2: The spyphone software controls the basic functions of the cell phone such as incoming call handling, back light, log engine and installation logs. No hardware tweaking of any kind has to be made and that there are no special steps for customizing the cell phone. The software is also invisible to the end user. Moreover, no parts of the software can be traced to be installed on the phone or logs of incoming calls.

Step 3: What could you use the spy phone for? In truth, the list is endless. You might want to check up on someone periodically, listening out for out-of-place sounds, and even intercepting real time calls between 2 parties. It can be used for listening to conversations in the office whilst away on travel. You might also use it monitor your children, wife or husband.

Step 4: You may come up with a question, how to protect myself from such spy? Here is the answer. At present such spy software can be installed on Symbian based smartphones only. Never leave your smartphone unattended. Do not give the phone to someone you do not know. If you suspect that spy software is installed on your phone, bring the phone immediately to the nearest service center. The most popular spy phone models are: 3250, 5500, E50, E60, E61, E61i, E62, E65, E70, N73, N76, N77, N80, N91, N95, 7610, 6600, 6670, 6110, 6120, 6121.

Firefox becomes #1 browser in Europe for the first time!

Firefox is – for the first time ever – the number one browser in Europe, according to StatCounter. Firefox has 38.11% of the European market share, while Internet Explorer (IE) is in the second place with 37.52%.

However; Firefox merely stood its ground while Google Chrome took the market share away from IE – Firefox didn’t experience great growth .

StatCounter CEO Aodhan Cullen says “This appears to be happening because Google’s Chrome is stealing share from Internet Explorer while Firefox is mainly maintaining its existing share.” Due to its rather agressive marketing Google Chrome has experienced great growth in Europe in 2010. Its market share jumped to 14.58%, compared to 5.06% in December 2009.

The European Commission made Microsoft implement a browser choice screen into Windows in early 2010. That allows all the users choose between several major browsers, including IE, Firefox, Google’s Chrome and Opera.

This interference by the European Commission must have contributed to IE’s diminishing market share. Suprisingly enough Opera reported a big increase in downloads after this policy was implemented.

StatCounter data comes from its network of more than 3 million websites, with a sample exceeding 15 billion page views per month.

The holiday season brings many of us technical problems that we must deal with. When you want to buy something online you many times would prefer to read the manual before you buy this gadget.

The other major frustration is at least for me when I can’t find the stupid manual and now I need to figure out whether is is online. A company called Retrevo has come to the rescue by compiling a database of manuals.

Here’s is a partial list of what Retrevo has done so far:

1. Cell phones
2. Laptops
3. Televisions
4. Digital cameras
5. Printers
6. Vacuums
7. GPS units
8. Blenders

I have a friend who has iPad that he doesn’t use – he is not quite sure how. You can find the iPad manual on Apple’s site. Read the iPad Manual here

In fact, this company Retrevo covers more than these major product categories. It has well over 100,000 manuals in its database. You can access Retrevo’s vast manual collection HERE. Retrevo’s site is much easier to navigate than most consumer-electronic companies’, so you’ll save lots of time when you need to get a manual and can get right back to running your business.

You are enable to store the Retrevo manuals you have downloaded “in the cloud” for access from a computer anywhere. The more techy ones of you may choose to dump all your manuals into Evernote. Using the Evernote desktop, iPhone, and iPad apps, you’ll have local access to your manuals whenever you need them. That is very convenient if you travel a lot and need the manual for example for your digital camera or laptop available.

Look forward to seeing some of you in Las Vegas on Feb 11, 12 & 13 at the 7 Steps To Launch Conference (speakers i.e. T Harv Eker, Brian Tracy, Barbara de Angelis, Ryan Lee, Brian Kurtz/Boardroom, Michael Fishman etc)

Most small business owners don't really know what business systems are. They think they are expensive computer hardware and software. Expert author Michael Clark share what they really are and how they are absolutely essential for small business success.

When I mention business systems to you, what comes to mind? Do you think of an IBM mainframe computer sitting in a big room in the middle of your building? Do you think of expensive, highly specialized software? That’s what many small business owners imagine. And they think it’s not for them. If that’s what you think, you’re only half right.

Half right because expensive, highly specialized software is probably not for you. Half wrong because good business systems most definitely are. A business system isn’t hardware or software. It’s the way that you do any part of your business. It’s how you do things. You are using systems all the time, you just may not be using them efficiently.

Step 1: I regularly urge business owners to get everything they know about their business out of their head and onto paper. I’m urging you now to do the same with your systems. Start writing out how you do things in your business. At a minimum, write out how you treat your customers or clients, how your paperwork for each sale flows, how your production systems work, how you market to clients, and how you do your bookkeeping.

Step 2: Do this in detail. For each area, make a very detailed description of every step in the process. Include what you do and why you do it. Include the subtle parts that make your company uniquely you. Include the parts that you are proud of. Include the tricks that make it efficient. Include what you tried that didn’t work and explain why. Each system should become a very rich, highly detailed system. Why so much detail?

Step 3: Because this is the beginning of being able to consistently deliver results. And the beginning of being able to consistently deliver results even when you aren’t around. Documented (written) systems make delegating much more manageable. Delegating is one of the keys to success in growing your business while still having a life.

Maybe you don’t want a bigger business. Maybe you want to keep yours small. Still, wouldn’t it be nice to be able to go on a long vacation and turn the keys over to someone else to run and make money for you while you are gone? Without systems, that wouldn’t be remotely possible. With systems almost anything is. Now, does that sound like something that should only be for big business? I think not.

As times continue to get tougher and tougher, many businesses, small and large, are seeking ways to cut costs even further. Many of these owners have found that cutting staff is no longer just enough. Nearly all business owners concur that businesses must do more work with fewer resources. Generally, this can lead to more mistakes as the remaining employees rush through their tasks at lightening speed and in general the added costs of using existing technologies to compensate for the lack of staffing.

But recently, a new scientific method has lead to the development of cloud computing, or also known as Sofware as a Service (SaaS). SaaS is the hottest trend in science and technology especially for small and medium sized businesses. SaaS is a delivery system where a software application is available through the Internet by a software publisher. The software publisher manages the software application for consumer use after paying a rental fee for the use of it. Let’s take a look at how it can help your business.

Step 1 Improve data security

Since the software publisher handles the backend of the operation, you can reduce the amount of attacks to your own internal servers and computing system as the providers install high security levels. In addition, the Internet is a safer to use these days given added firewalls and other protocols to block intrusion.

Step 2 Lower costs

There is very little, if any, upfront SaaS expenses because these set up costs are spread throughout a multiyear contract (up to three years) along with hardware costs. In addition, the cost of infrastructure management is lowered as the need for certification costs for staff, virus protection software, operating system upgrades, and science and tech staff is reduced significantly. If you compare your current science and technology costs with a standard three year contract you will see the saving difference of at least $50,000 annually.

Step 3 Enjoy the benefits of a host

The software publisher allows you to access the software through the Internet from an off-site data center that they manage in return for a monthly rental fee. The provider gives you vitually 100% back-up time through redundancy and top-notch virus protection even for your Internet broswers. Although you still rent the licensing fee and host fee, you eliminate significant advance fees and can use local SaaS service providers as needed at a lower cost.

Step 4 Be anywhere

Since the software application is available via the Internet and your firm does not have to host or manage the application, you and your staff can work anywhere. As such, you can not only reduce costs, but also expand your team to include any outsourcing.

Step 5 Find a SaaS

THere are many good SaaS providers out there. Try www.saas-showplace.com and www.parallels.com/products/saas to start. You may also try www.microsoft.com/serviceproviders/saas

Get how to information on audio creation and podcasting.

Step 1: What is podcasting you ask?
Podcasting is a way of broadcasting messages over the internet. It allows for subscription to feeds most commonly in MP3 format. Podcasting is a way to automatically transfer files from server to client. The files can be in several formats, images, text, PDF, almost any type which makes this type of broadcasting very flexible.

The term podcasting refers not only to audio files but refers to video files as well, therefore it is actually a “show” of different file formats. Podcasting does not require any “over the air” usage which keeps costs down.

The podcast feeds allow the users to use the audio broadcast on their own computer by downloading the “podcast”.The contents can then be read using an RSS or Atom Reader.

Using audio files within web pages is becoming more and more popular.

Step 2: First you need to decide what type of audio content you will incorporate into your website. Then you will need to ensure all the proper hardware and software is available to accomplish this task.

For good quality recordings you will need a good quality microphone. Always check and make sure your microphone is compatible with your computer sound card. High quality microphones specifically geared toward the audio recording industry will work best. Again compatibility needs to be checked.

Good quality audio software is also needed. There are many software programs available for free on the internet, but best quality will be through more sophisticated audio creator software available online.

Step 3: Some podcasting software packages available are:

Itunes , iPodder, jPodder, iPodder. These software packages are available for the Mac, PC, Linux. Again just like before check for compatibility with the computer operating system being used.

Most computers already come with audio recording software already installed. Many sound card manufacturers also provide audio recording software with the installation package.

Once you have located the software on your computer or installed the software you will need to adjust the settings to improve the quality. Use the help files within your audio recording software on how to accomplish this.

Step 1: If you want to put video on your website you must have a good knowledge of the basic video file types. What video file type to use? what are the pros and cons of each file type? These are just some of the questions you should ask yourself before proceeding with video implementation on your webpages.

Step 2: There are three basic video file types on the internet. Mpeg, AVI and Quicktime. I believe the Quicktime file type is the most popular since a lot of huge entertainment and news sites use it exclusively on their web pages.

AVI is the oldest of the three main file types. It is a windows oriented video format but it’s not the most popular because of the sound and video compatibility and synchronizing problems. Because the Quicktime format can be used on either a windows or a macintosh computer, the AVI video file type loses it’s popularity every day.

The mpeg format is a popular video file type that uses it’s high output quality to increase it’s popularity over the Quicktime format. Mpeg is used on video games, cd-roms and other media that require high output quality. One disadvantage of mpeg is that it sacrifices file size to gain in digital quality. The mpeg video files are usually large.

Another disadvantage of the mpeg format is that you really need time and sophisticated hardware and software to convert plain video into mpeg. And let’s not forget that the mpeg format is not supported by apple and macintosh meaning that if you put mpeg video on your website, those users with macintosh will not be able to see it.

Quicktime is by far the most popular video file type developed by apple for macintosh users, but is also compatible with the IBM-compatible machines and the windows operating systems. The hardware and software you need to digitize video into the Quicktime format is very inexpensive, compared to the mpeg format. So its much easier and cheaper to create video and put it on your website using the Quicktime format.

There is a unique concept called business software, which is used by several business entities at the same time, and by the public simultaneously to carry out their business activities in the most productive manner. This special software, called business software, is designed to monitor, gauge and measure the amount of productivity in a particular business. It is very advantageous for massive business purposes like the airlines, railways, billing and record control system for numerous department stores and grocery shops. Let’s take a look.

Step 1 Use business software as an accounting tool
